Salem area weather and traffic - Statesman Journal

Statesman Journal - The Oregon Department of Transportation reported that there have been no accidents in the Salem area. However, ODOT crews are spraying along highway roads and they are responding to a report of a crowbar in traffic on Interstate 5 near Portland Road.
