Miami, FL : One killed, one injured in I-95 crash on Tuesday, June 21, 2016

A single-car crash on Interstate 95 killed Tiffany Woods, a 33-year-old Fort Lauderdale mother, and left 28-year-old passenger Shafon Gallimore in critical condition.

Florida Highway Patrol says around 11:30 p.m. Tuesday, Woods’ 2009 Honda Accord left the highway for reasons unknown while heading south toward Sunrise Boulevard. Once the car left the right shoulder, it hit a light pole and a tree. Woods was pronounced dead on the way to Broward Health Medical Center.

Neither Woods nor Gallimore wore a seat belt, according to FHP.
