LONG BEACH, CA : HB resident dies in freeway accident Saturday on Saturday, November 26th 2016

Travor Jacob Fike, 35, of Huntington Beach died Saturday, November 28 when his 1998 Ford was involved in a solo crash on the 605 Freeway near Carson Street at approximately 1:15 a.m.

The crash disabled his vehicle that was between the inside lane and the car pool lane. Fike got out of his vehicle when he and his vehicle was struck by a 2006 Volkswagen driven by a 37-year-old Bellflower man. When paramedics arrived, they pronounced Fike dead at the scene/

The VW driver received major injuries and a 23-year-old passenger received minor injuries.
