Pittsburgh,PA : Passenger killed in single vehicle crash in Butler County on Saturday, 12th May 2018

A Butler County man was killed early Saturday when the car in which he was a passenger struck a tree.

State police reported that Brandon Michael Lucas, 33, of Prospect was killed in the accident at 2:30 a.m. on Prospect Road near English Oak Drive in Franklin Township, Butler County.

The driver of the car, Jason Patrick Williams, 44, of Butler lost control of the vehicle for an unknown reason before striking the tree, police said. Mr. Williams was flown by medical helicopter to Allegheny General Hospital.
