HENDERSON, KY : Crime spree ends in two-vehicle collision on Tuesday, 7th January, 2020

A Henderson man -- whose last name, ironically, is Justice -- is accused of spearheading a short crime spree which ended with two vehicles colliding.Henderson police charged Seth Justice, 20, 400 block of Southside Drive, with receiving stolen property under $10,000, theft of gasoline under $500, failure to or improper signal, no tail lights, failure to illuminate headlights, first-degree fleeing/evading police (motor vehicle) and leaving the scene of an accident (failure to render aid).

The alleged criminal shenanigans started around 9:30 p.m. Monday with the theft of a vehicle from one of Justice's neighbors who lives in the 300 block of Southside Drive.

HPD said the stolen vehicle -- a silver Nissan Sentra -- was then driven to Thornton's, 940 N. Green St., where the occupant allegedly got gasoline and drove off without paying.

At this point, police officers attempted a traffic stop at the intersection of 12th and North Green streets, an HPD news release said.
