Lansing,MI : Father of girl killed in Times Square car crash speaks of pain on may, Saturday 20th 2017

Thomas Elman’s 18-year-old daughter, Aylssa, was mowed down by a driver allegedly high on drugs.
The family from Michigan had been at the tourist attraction for a few minutes when the driver deliberately drove into crowds of people, injuring 23.
Alyssa was with her father and her younger sister, who was also hit.
