Attleboro, MA : Man sentenced for crash that nearly killed passenger on Monday, 22nd October 2018
A 26-year-old Attleboro man, already incarcerated for a traffic accident, was sentenced to serve 18 months in jail Monday after pleading guilty to causing a crash that nearly killed a young woman in his car.
Danny Concul was sentenced in Attleboro District Court to serve 18 months of a maximum two-year sentence for driving to endanger. The balance of the term was suspended for three years with probation on the conditions that he submit to random drug and alcohol testing and not drive without a valid license.
Concul is currently serving a jail sentence out of New Bedford District Court for an accident that occurred while he was free on bail in the Attleboro crash. He was given credit for the 10 months he has been in jail awaiting trial.
