LEXINGTON, KY : 18-year-old and 13-year-old killed in crash in Lexington on Saturday, 17th August 2024

Two teenagers lost their lives in a tragic crash over the weekend in Lexington. The Fayette County Coroner’s Office has identified the victims as 13-year-old Omar Shalash and 18-year-old Hasan Mohammad Hasan. The fatal crash occurred early Saturday morning near the intersection of Tates Creek Road and Turkey Foot Road.

According to investigators, several other individuals were also injured in the accident, though their conditions have not been released.
