BOYD COUNTY, KY : Firefighter dies in motorcycle crash on Saturday, 27th July 2024

A firefighter is dead following a motorcycle crash.

Boyd County Coroner Mark Hammond says 31-year-old Alex Stoehr V was involved in a motorcycle crash Friday night.

It happened along Route 5 and Straight Creek Road around 8 p.m.

Hammond says Stoehr hit another passenger vehicle.
