LAS VEGAS, NV : Las Vegas man, 82, fails to stop at east valley sign causing deadly crash on Tuesday, 25th June 2024

An 82-year-old man is dead a week after an east Las Vegas crash, the Las Vegas Metropolitan Police Department said.

The man drove a 2021 Kia Soul. Police said he traveled south on Lamb Boulevard, approaching a stop sign at Hacienda Avenue last Tuesday night around 8:04 p.m.

Police said he failed to stop at the posted stop sign. He entered the intersection and struck a Lexus. Andrik E., a 19-year-old of Las Vegas, was the driver of the Lexus and was transported to Sunrise Hospital with “severe” injuries.
