Apopka, FL : Deputy involved in crash near Apopka on Tuesday, March 1, 2016

An Orange County sheriff's deputy suffered minor injuries in a crash late Tuesday.

According to authorities, a vehicle driven by Amos Murray Kelley, 29, of Midleburg, collided with a deputy in the intersection of Plymouth Sorrento Road and Kelly Park Road.

The deputy was identified as Quinten Bown III, 28, of Orlando.

The sheriff's office said both drivers said they had a green light, and no witnesses came forward.

Due to conflicting statements, no charges have been filed.

Kelley suffered minor injuries and was taken to Florida Hospital Apopka for treatment.
