Louisville, KY : One person dead after car crash on Taylorsville Road at Pee Wee Reese Road on Friday, 24th January, 2020

One person has died after a car crash on Taylorsville Road Friday afternoon, according to Louisville Metro Police.

Just after 12 p.m., a pick-up truck traveling southbound on Taylorsville Road at Pee Wee Reese Road caused two accidents. The driver of the pick-up truck was pronounced deceased after being transported to the hospital, according to police.

No other injuries were sustained. The LMPD Traffic Unit is investigating and has temporarily shut down the roadway for the next few hours.
