One person has been killed and another injured after a car crash in the Elkview area of Kanawha County, according to a dispatcher.
Two vehicles were involved in the crash on Frame Road, which occurred shortly after 9 p.m. Sunday.
Heavy entrapment occurred when one of the cars landed on its side, the dispatcher said.
