Hanover, PA : Two people injured in alleged DUI ATV crash in York County early Friday morning, March 31, 2017

Two people were taken to hospitals and one person was charged with DUI following an ATV crash early Friday morning.

A 2007 Polaris Side-by-Side all-terrain vehicle rolled over into the roadway in the 700 block of Hershey Heights Road at about 2:46 a.m., according to Penn Township Police Detective Corey Merwede.

There were three occupants in the ATV, and the driver Lucas Tanner Small, 22, was charged with DUI.

The two passengers were ejected from the ATV. One was flown to York Hospital and the other was taken to Hanover Hospital, Merwede said.
