Oil City, PA : Franklin woman seriously hurt in Route 8 crash on Thursday, January, 18th 2018

Franklin state police have released details about the two-vehicle crash Thursday morning on Route 8 in Sandycreek Township that resulted in a Franklin woman being flown from the scene to UPMC Hamot in Erie.

Police said that around 6:25 a.m., Kelsey Eichholtz, 22, was headed north on 15th Street at a high rate of speed when she failed to negotiate a right curve in the roadway.
