Austin, TX : Lubbock man dies in West Texas crash on Tuesday, 21st August 2018

A Lubbock man died in a pickup truck crash Tuesday in far West Texas.

Investigators believe Ruben Romero, 65, was traveling west on U.S. Highway 62/180 in Culberson County when his pickup truck left the roadway and Romero over corrected, according to a report from the Texas Department of Public Safety. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
