Spring Valley, NY : Woman killed after car and a semi tractor crash Spring Valley on Friday March 4 2016

The woman killed Friday afternoon when her car and a semi tractor trailer sideswiped on U.S. 63 south of Spring Valley was identified by the State Patrol as Rochel A. Buck, 57, of Cresco, Iowa.
The patrol said she was driving northbound on the highway and the truck was being driven south by Kenneth T. Lynch, 49, of Independence, Iowa.
The crash was reported at 4:38 p.m. The highway was wet at the time.
