Shreveport, LA : Shreveport police investigate fatal hit and run accident on North Market Street Monday October 6th 2014.

Shreveport police are investigating a fatal hit and run. The accident happened on North Market Street, just north of the Louisiana Highway 1 split. The first call came in around 5 a.m. Monday of a person had been struck by a car and was lying on the side of the road. The first officers on the scene discovered the female victim.
