Authorities say a 25-year-old man was struck and killed by an SUV while he was helping a driver whose vehicle had stalled on U.S. Highway 30 just east of Cheyenne. The Wyoming Highway Patrol says Marlin R. Miller, of Burns, was helping 28-year-old Peter L. Bolejack, also of Burns, put fuel in his vehicle when the SUV crossed the opposing lane of traffic and struck the two men. Miller died and the scene, and Bolejack was hospitalized.
