Orlando, FL : A moped driver has died after crashing into a city of Orlando garbage truck on Tuesday morning, May 6th 2014

A moped driver was pronounced dead at a hospital after slamming into a city of Orlando Waste Management truck on Tuesday.

Officials said the moped was behind the truck as they traveled southbound on Conway Road.

According to reports, the truck slowed down and signaled to turn onto Hargill Road when the moped driver went around the truck and was struck as it turned.

The moped driver, identified as James Texidor, 52, of Orlando, was ejected under the truck and sustained severe injuries. He was taken to a nearby hospital where he was pronounced dead.
