Eight persons killed in road mishap at Sambhal

Eight persons were killed and two others injured when a jeep collided head-on with a container in Hayatnagar area, police sources said on Sunday.The incident occurred late Saturday night on Adampur road killing five persons on the spot, in-charge of Hayatnagar police station, KK Tiwari said. Three persons succumbed to injuries during treatment.
