South Suburban, IL : 2 injured in wrong-way head-on crash on I-57 in the south suburbs on Saturday, 25th August 2018

Two people were injured early Saturday in a wrong-way head-on crash involving a semi-truck on I-57 in the south suburbs.

The crash happened about 4:15 a.m. at I-57 near 147th Street, according to Illinois State police.

The driver of vehicle was heading north in the southbound lanes of I-57 when they crashed head-on into a semi-truck, state police said.
