Miller, MO : Man injured in a wreck on Highway 96 Tuesday, May 24, 2016

A Miller man was injured Tuesday in a wreck at 12:45 p.m. on Highway 96, three miles east of Miller.

According to a Missouri State Highway Patrol report, Todd Williams, 53, of Miller, was driving a 2005 Chevrolet 1500 pickup eastbound when his vehicle ran off the roadway and struck a utility pole.

Williams suffered minor injuries and was transported by EMS to Mercy Hospital in Springfield.

He was wearing a safety device, and the vehicle was totaled.
