A man died Tuesday afternoon in wreck on N.C. Highway 51 at Interstate 485 in Mint Hill, officials said.
A woman was taken to the hospital with minor injuries after the wreck, which happened at about 5 p.m.
Investigators said a cement truck was turning off Connell Road and a van hit the truck.
Police have not released the name of the man who was killed.
Highway 51 reopened at about 6:15 p.m.
