Moretown, VT : One man dead after a crash in Moretown on Monday night, May 30, 2016

A deadly crash Monday night in Moretown, Vermont.

Police say Justin Weston, 26 of Montpelier was unconscious when EMS arrived on Lynch Hill Road. He died at the scene. The driver of the vehicle Justin Humphrey, 26 was charged with DUI with death resulting.

He will appear in court Tuesday. The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
