One person died after a crash involving a school bus in Mississippi County Wednesday afternoon.

Jeanette Williamson, 73, of Osceola was killed following the crash, according to an Arkansas State Police crash report.

According to the Mississippi County Sheriff’s Office, it was a three-vehicle crash involving a car, a Blytheville school bus and an 18-wheeler.

It happened right before 2:30 p.m. on Highway 61, just south of the road to Burdette.

ASP states in the crash report that Williamson's car crossed the center line and struck the 18-wheeler on the rear wheels. Then, the car hit the back of the school bus.

No children were on the bus at the time of the crash and the bus only received minor damage.

No other injuries were reported.
