Houston, DE : Driver killed when minivan overturns in Houston on Thursday, January 7, 2016

Delaware State Police say a man was killed when the minivan he was driving rolled over several times in Houston.

It happened about 7:10 p.m. Thursday on Williamsville Road, troopers said in a news release. Police say 24-year-old Eric Armstrong of Lincoln was traveling east when he lost control of the minivan.

Authorities say the minivan began driving off the road, and when Armstrong overcorrected, the minivan went into the westbound lanes. The vehicle hit a ditch and rolled over several times.

Troopers say Armstrong was pronounced dead at a local hospital. The crash is under investigation.
