JONES COUNTY, MS : Multiple fatalities reported in Jones County crash on Sunday, 20th August 2023

Jones County Deputy Coroner Don Sumrall identified the three victims killed in a fiery two-vehicle crash.

The victims were identified as 21-year-old Jose Carlos Osorio Romero, of Laurel, 19-year-old Joel Scott, of Jones County, and 17-year-old Autumn Letson, of Wayne County.

According to Sumrall, Romero’s vehicle hit Scott and Letson’s vehicle.
