Rollover accident blocks Oltorf exit on southbound

The Austin Police Department has responded to a single-vehicle rollover accident that has blocked the Oltorf exit ramp on southbound Interstate 35, causing delays for drivers headed downtown for South by Southwest and St. Patrick’s Day festivities.

The driver of a 1997 Toyota 4-Runner was injured in the accident, an official with the Police Department said.
