One person was killed in a rush-hour crash on the Commodore Barry Bridge Wednesday afternoon, officials said.
The crash occurred about 5 p.m. n the westbound lanes approaching the toll booth on the New Jersey side of the bridge in Logan Township.
Initial reports indicate a box truck collided with several vehicles. A driver of one of the cars was killed in the crash.
The identity of the victim has not yet been released. There is no word yet on any other injuries or what caused the crash.
Traffic on the westbound lanes that carry vehicles into Chester on the Pennsylvania side, was snarled for hours.
