CONCORD, NH : Moose was killed in the crash on Thursday, September 21st 2017

A driver is recovering after police said she struck a moose in Concord.

The crash happened late Thursday night on the northbound side of Interstate 89, just before Exit 3.

The driver’s SUV sustained major damage.

The driver was taken to a hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.

The moose was killed in the crash.
