Brandon ,FL : 34 - Years old Carrie Murray killed after motorcycle crash with pickup on Sunday ,May 3rd 2015

A woman died when a pickup truck pulled out onto a highway in the path of an oncoming motorcycle Sunday afternoon, Oregon State Police said.

Carrie Murray, 34, of Portland died at the hospital after the crash.

Murray was a passenger on a motrocycle driven by Wiliam Love, 46, of Coquillle.

State police said Love tried to avoid a pickup truck as it pulled out in front of him on Hwy 42S.

The motorcycle collided with the truck just behind the driver's side door.

The driver and passenger in the pickup were not injured in the 3:25 p.m. crash at the intersection of Lampa Lane and Hwy 42S.

State police said charges are pending against the pickup truck driver, Shelly Corbit, 47, of Cottage Grove.
