Motorcyclist has died after colliding with a pickup truck at a Phoenix intersection. Phoenix police say the dead man has been identified as 31-year-old Randy Scott. Arizona Department of Transportation officials say the crash occurred about 2:30 a.m. Friday at the intersection of Union Hills Drive and the southbound frontage road just west of Interstate 17. They say the driver of the pickup truck wasn't injured. Phoenix detectives are investigating which driver wasn't following traffic signals and if impairment was a factor.
