Crash near Chattaroy kills one person, injures another near Washington

A crash near Chattaroy killed one person and injured another Sunday. The collision happened near Highway 2 and Schlomer Road.' Washington State Patrol said that two cars collided at the intersection. The collision blocked one lane of traffic while rescue crews attempted to extricate a person from one of the vehicles.
