At around 10 p.m. on April 7, a blue Mazda convertible heading south on Grand Avenue collided with a gray Ford SUV that was making a left turn from Congress Drive onto northbound Grand Avenue, according to Sgt. Robert Fierros, a spokesman with the Nogales Police Department.
