MANSFIELD, CT : 2 drivers from Windham hurt in head-on crash on Sunday, 6th November 2016

Two Windham residents suffered serious injuries in a head-on car crash Sunday, state police said.
Police identified the two as Douglas Lowe, 65, and Robert Dickenson, 44, who were the drivers of the two vehicles.
Both men were flown to Hartford Hospital via Life Star helicopter. An update on their conditions was unavailable today from the hospital.
Two others, Edmond Bouchard, 54, and Deborah Bouchard, 64, also of Windham and believed to be passengers in the car driven by Dickenson, were taken by ambulances to an area hospital for treatment of minor injuries, police said.
According to a state police report, the two drivers were traveling in opposite directions on Route 32 near Old Kent Road on Sunday afternoon when one crossed the double yellow centerline and struck the other.
The case remains under investigation, state police said.
