Roxburgh Park , CO : One woman trapped and driver flees running red light after crash on Tuesday ,May 5th 2015

A WOMAN was trapped in her car for about 20 minutes in Melbourne’s north after another driver ran a red light, hit her car and then fled the scene.
Emergency services were called to the intersection of Somerton Rd and Reservoir Dr, Roxburgh Park about 5am.
Police believe an east-bound white car ran a red light and collided with a car travelling south on Reservoir Dr.
The driver of the white car fled the scene.
The driver of the other car, a 45-year-old Craigieburn woman, was trapped in her car until MFB crews could “pop” her door open.
She was taken to the Northern Hospital with minor injuries.
