Woman died in crash in Northeast Travis

A woman is dead following a crash in Northeast Travis County Sunday morning.

DPS troopers were dispatched to the 13000 block of Cameron Road, near Harris Branch Parkway, at about 4:00 a.m. Sunday. Austin-Travis County EMS says a woman was pronounced dead on the scene and a man was transported to UMC Brackenridge with serious injuries.

Troopers continue to investigate the crash.
