One man was injured during a single- rollover crash in Grand Junction

One man was injured during a single-rollover crash that occurred Saturday morning at approximately 8:37 a.m.

Law enforcement was alerted by callers about a reckless driver. Police found the driver of a RAV4 who was driving in the eastbound lanes of Interstate 70 when the vehicle slammed into a guardrail, took out a sign and then rolled on its side near the 26 Road overpass.

The man was transported to the hospital.

The Grand Junction Police Department responded to the accident and are still investigating.
