Terre Haute, IN: Two vehicle accident closes downtown intersection on Thursday, July 30th 2015

Emergency workers responded to an accident Thursday afternoon at an intersection in downtown Terre Haute.The intersection at 4th and Walnut in was closed while they were checking people out and cleaning the accident up.Officials report two cars collided in the middle of the intersection. A witness told News 10 that a man driving the blue vehicle ran the red light and hit the maroon car.A child in the maroon car had be check out by medical workers at the scene but was later released.
