Vicksburg, MS : 38-year-old dead after motorcycle wreck in Warren County on Monday morning, May 9, 2016

According to Warren County Sheriff Martin Pace one person died in an accident on Freetown Road near it's intersection with Pennebaker Road.

Warren County Coroner Doug Huskey identified the victim as 38-year-old Tommy Warner who lived on Birdsong Road.

Sheriff Pace said that Warner was going westbound on Freetown Road when he hit a downed tree.

Neighbors said they heard the tree fall around 5:30 a.m.

A few minutes later, they heard the crash.

Freetown Road was closed for awhile, but it is now back open to traffic.
