AVOCA, IA : Authorities identify man killed, 3 men injured in Saturday's deadly Interstate 80 crash on Saturday, 22nd October 2016

Authorities have identified the man killed and three men injured in a crash Saturday night on Interstate 80 near Avoca.The man who died has been identified as Mario Rodriguez, 38.

Officials say the driver of the car, Jesus German, 26, was injured.

Also injured were passengers Steven Baney, 20, and Antonio Aguilar, 26.

All four men are from Talmage, Nebraska.

Charges are pending against German pending toxicology results.

Aguilar was treated at the hospital and released. He is in the Shelby County Jail awaiting extradition on a felony warrant out of Otoe County.
