Anderson, SC : Driver killed in hit and run crash in Anderson County on Thursday November 5 2015

Authorities are searching for a hit-and-run driver who struck and killed a moped rider in Anderson.
Officials tell local media outlets the accident happened about 7:30 on Thursday evening. The Anderson County Coroner's Office says that 36-year-old Phillip Omar Ligon of Anderson was pronounced dead at the scene.
Authorities say he was hit by a vehicle - thought to be a white sedan - that then drove off.
Then a second vehicle struck Ligon.
