McHenry, IL : Three people injured after a head-on crash on Route 120 in McHenry on Sunday, May 1, 2016

A head-on crash on Route 120 in McHenry sent two men and a girl to an area hospital with minor

injuries Sunday, a fire official said.

The McHenry Township Fire Protection District was dispatched about 9:45 a.m. to the 4100 block of

Route 120 for a crash involving a minivan and a car, Lt. David Reid said.

Both drivers and a passenger, who Reid said were outside of the vehicles by the time emergency

responders arrived, were taken to Centegra Hospital – McHenry with minor injuries.

Reid said both vehicles were towed from the scene. He did not have information about the ages or

towns of residence for the passenger or drivers.

McHenry police also responded to the crash, but could not immediately be reached for comment.
