Las Vegas, NV : Motorcycle rider injured in crash with moped near U.S. 95 and Jones Boulevard on Tuesday, Oct 13, 2015

A motorcyclist suffered nonlife-threatening injuries in a crash with a moped this morning near U.S. 95 and Jones Boulevard, according to Metro Police. The moped rider suffered only minor injuries, police said.

The moped was attempting to turn west onto Fairwood Circle from Jones about 6:20 a.m. when it collided with a Harley Davidson motorcycle traveling south on Jones, police said.

The motorcyclist was taken to an area hospital.
