Victoria, TX : Drivers involved in a two-vehicle wreck on April, Saturday 29th 2017

Police released Sunday the name of drivers involved in a two-vehicle wreck that sent a motorcyclist to the hospital Saturday night.

Jesus Escobedo Jr., 35,suffered injuries to his left arm and leg and was transported to Citizens Medical Center after the wreck Saturday night, said Sgt. Adam Nieto, with the Victoria Police Department.

Escobedo was riding a Harley-Davidson motorcycle headed north in the 4700 block of North Navarro Street at 10 p.m. in the turning lane attempting to make a left turn.

A 2008 Honda CR-V driven by Gabriel Gonzalez, 41, heading south on North Navarro Street was in the inside lane and veered to the left, causing the wreck between the two vehicles, police said.
