Campbell County, TN : One lane reopened on I-75S in Campbell County following overturned tractor trailer accident on Tuesday, September 2, 2014

Driving southbound on I-75 around 6:30 a.m. Tuesday, the driver of a semi-truck lost control of his vehicle, crashing into the guard rail and overturning onto the interstate. Not long after the accident, officials said the driver of a Ford pickup truck was heading down the interstate.
